Challenge and Objective
The goal of this concept was to create a unique listening session that ties in the themes of The Marías new album, Submarine, offering a fans a more curated and personal experience of the music.
The controlled environment creates an immersive experience while allowing fans to explore both the music and the aquatic exhibits. By pushing the boundaries of the experience of music, it further solidifies
the band's iartistic identity and commitment to musical evolution.

Sweeping views of open ocean and emotion evoking deep blues, this exhibit features the sofa from the Submarine photoshoot offering fans an immersive listening experience.
Installation

Creative Strategy
The creative identity of Submarine is heavily tied to the ocean, making an aquarium an obvious choice to hold a listening party. With activations and pop-ups being increasingly popular amongst music fans, this positions the band's marketing in a more artful and intentional way. In such a controlled environment, the band can create and curate an experience that is fully immersive and memorable.
Memory making is so important in this form of marketing because it gives fans the opportunity to personally connect with the music and the branding. By utilizing UGC through an artist-themed Photo Booth, the event is able to create impressions and most importantly memorability.
